My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and in an interesting loft configuration, but there were some minor inconveniences like the shower in the entire bathroom. The service had its ups and downs, with helpful staff for most things but less eager to assist with basic requests. The location was perfect for exploring the city, offering easy access to historical sites and attractions. The dining experience varied from poor service in the dining room to a great 'help yourself' style breakfast setup. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
Staying at this hotel was a true taste of Florence, with comfortable rooms overlooking one of the most beautiful squares in the city. However, the lack of natural light and outdated furnishings on the top floor could be improved.
The hotel was very noisy in the morning due to its location facing the square, which was disappointing. However, the room size was the largest I have ever seen in Europe.

The service was exceptional, particularly the bartender and bell person. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore all the main historical attractions on foot.
